Important Customer Notice

Cancellation & No-Show Policies

Due to an increase in last minute cancellations and no-show clients, we have been forced to introduce new policies regarding all appointments. Although we wish we did not have to do this, our livelihood depends on you. Thank you for your understanding.


Cancellations & No-Show:

A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice without penalty. If cancelling within the 24 hour window of your appointment, a 50% fee of agreed service is required to be paid prior to re-booking.
